Starting Running | Couch to 5k

I never thought I would like running, in fact cardio in general I always hated. It just bored me, no matter what I tried I never found anything I really enjoyed. Until I started Couch to 5K. I started around 4 weeks ago so I’m about halfway through now and feeling fitter and stronger with each week. I really like how the Couch to 5K plan is set out.
